TY soo much EA Game Changers!

This last Sunday I was privileged to be a part of a group of game changers who had accepted an opportunity to participate in a private live stream.

SimGuruJill, SimGuruMorgan, SimGuru Lyndsay and SimGuruGeoff gave us a mini private tour of Island living.  SimguruFrost, SimguruNinja and SimguruSteve guided and directed us in the Discord.

They also answered many of our questions and now I get to share what I remember with you.

I was so busy concentrating on watching the screen while I was writing and now I see my 5 pages of notes are written in hieroglyphics.

I will confess to you that I am probably not the best one to come to for an unbiased opinion about this EP.

For a couple of good reasons!

AN: Welcome to the first update in our Charming Era story rotation.  These rotations stand on their own and can be followed with no “catch-up” reading.  The first up, readers choice, King Mike and Queen Rose White.

As you might recall, when we last saw Mike and Rose they had recently been shipwrecked and were stranded on a small deserted Island.

Right after the murder of her sister Lily, Queen Rose and King Mike had been advised by Officer Thies …

that their lives were in danger from a villainous unsub commonly referred to as “The Weasel.” (BOO HISS)

They were urged to leave like the rest of the royal family had done before.

Although they were reluctant to go…

HO HO HO!

(NO not talking about Lisa Bee .. well ok we could be).

Winterfest was upon them and Lisa Bee barely got the tree up before she passed out.

(I think more than one or two of us can relate – Winterfest will do that to you.)

The day was an abysmal holiday for the little family.

I guess this means no grand feast 😦

There was one bright spot in the day.

Lisa Bee did get a tiny bit of “love connection” going with Father Winter.

BUT, sadly, he had to go …

something about needing to deliver presents to good boys and girls …

blah blah blah.

Sometimes bad girls need something delivered too ..

LIKE a baby from Father Winter!

However, it does look like…

Chosen for the task because of their compassionate natures and good people skills, Officers Galligher and MacNamara were assigned to deliver the news of Lily’s death to Violet and Aster.  This was not a task neither of them had any desire to do!

They were also to do a thorough safety check of the premises while on site.  Officer MacNamara had finished the perimeter sweep as Officer Galligher was attempting to console the bereaved family.

Her heart broke to see the Prince and Princess in such a state.  What kind of monster would want to harm such sweet people?

Finding nothing amiss outside, she would check the inside of the house to ensure there was no danger to the family within.  With the nature of Lily’s murder in mind, her first stop was the kitchen.

How stunned she was to find some apples and a box of the apple spice…
